Job Role:Gen AI Architect

Experience:5 to 8 Years

We are seeking anexperienced and visionary GEN AI Architect to join our dynamic team. The idealcandidate will have an extensive background in AI and machine learning, withdeep expertise in the GEN AI framework. This role involves leading the design,development, and implementation of AI solutions to address complex businesschallenges.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Lead the design and development ofscalable AI architectures using the GEN AI framework to meet complex businessrequirements.

·      Develop and execute strategic plans for AIinitiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.

·      Oversee the end-to-end implementation ofAI projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

·      Work closely with cross-functional teams,including data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders, to ensuresuccessful deployment and integration of AI solutions.

·      Continuously optimize the performance ofAI models and solutions, focusing on efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

·      Lead research efforts to explore new AI technologiesand methodologies, and apply them to enhance our AI capabilities.

·      Ensure comprehensive documentation for AImodels, architecture designs, and implementation processes.

·      Provide leadership, guidance, andmentorship to junior AI developers and engineers within the team.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field. A Ph.D. isa plus.

·      5-8 years of experience in AI and machinelearning, with a proven track record of leading and implementing AI solutions.

·      Advanced proficiency in the GEN AIframework.

·      Strong programming skills in Python, Java,or other relevant languages.

·      Extensive experience with AI/ML librariesand frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, etc.

·      Expertise in deploying AI solutions oncloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

·      Deep knowledge of data preprocessing,feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.

·      Exceptional problem-solving skills withthe ability to address complex AI challenges.

·      Excellent verbal and written communicationskills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technicalstakeholders.

·      Proven ability to lead and inspire teamsin a collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Experience with advanced AI disciplinessuch as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and reinforcementlearning.

·      Knowledge of big data technologies such asHadoop, Spark, and Kafka.

·      Certification in AI/ML or relatedtechnologies.

·      Experience in a leadership role withinAI-focused projects or organizations.
