Job Role:Gen AI Developer

Experience:5 to 8 Years

As a Senior Gen AIDeveloper, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, anddeploying sophisticated AI solutions using GenML and other relevant frameworks.You will lead projects, mentor junior developers, and collaborate withcross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI applications. Your expertisewill be essential in driving our AI strategies and ensuring the robustness andscalability of our AI models.

Responsibilities:

·      Design and develop advanced AI modelsusing GenML and other AI/ML frameworks.

·      Lead and manage AI projects from conceptto deployment, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

·      Collaborate with data scientists,engineers, and product managers to understand requirements and translate theminto AI solutions.

·      Oversee data collection, preprocessing,and analysis to build high-quality datasets.

·      Train, evaluate, and fine-tune AI modelsto optimize performance and accuracy.

·      Deploy AI models into productionenvironments, monitor their performance, and implement improvements as needed.

·      Stay current with the latest advancementsin AI, machine learning, and MLOps, and integrate new techniques and tools asappropriate.

·      Mentor and guide junior developers,fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

·      Conduct code reviews and ensure adherenceto best practices and coding standards.

·      Develop and maintain comprehensivedocumentation for AI models, processes, and systems.

Qualifications:

·      Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in ComputerScience, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a relatedfield.

·      5 to 8 years of experience in AI/MLdevelopment.

·      Proven experience with GenML or similarMLOps frameworks.

·      Strong proficiency in Python andexperience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.

·      In-depth understanding of machine learningalgorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.

·      Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP,Azure) and their AI/ML services.

·      Strong problem-solving skills and abilityto work on complex AI projects.

·      Excellent communication and collaborationskills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

·      Experience with version control systems(e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

·      Expertise in specific AI domains such asNLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning.

·      Experience with data engineering and datapipeline tools (e.g., Apache Airflow).

·      Familiarity with containerization andorchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

·      Experience with continuous integration andcontinuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.

·      Strong background in statistics and dataanalysis.
